Coming from Bludenz, take the Bludenz/Montafon motorway exit and follow the L188 into the Montafon to Schruns and further to the valley station of the Hochjoch Bahn.

Just leave your car standing

The regional buses of the Montafonerbahn operate throughout the Montafon. The main lines run hourly from Schruns station.

From Schruns station, you can take bus line 650 or 670 for one stop further. The stop is: "Hochjoch Bahn". From the bus stop, it's about a 5-minute walk to the valley station of the Hochjoch Bahn.

For the return journey

You can return to Schruns station with bus line 650 or 670. From the valley station of the Hochjoch Bahn, Schruns station is about a 10-15 minute walk away.

Arrival by train

The Montafonerbahn runs hourly (partly every half hour) from Bludenz station. There are also direct connections from Lindau (D) and Bregenz.

Parking lot is located directly at the valley station of the Hochjoch Bahn (paid).

The sledding fun starts at the Kapell mountain station. Over 5.0 km and an altitude difference of 450 m, all sports enthusiasts and families can take on the descent. You can take the Hochjoch Bahn back up to the starting point. The sledding track is open with adequate snow conditions.
