For more than 75 years, the Fenkart family has dedicated itself to the art of chocolate making at the central Schlossplatz in Hohenems. What began as a small production site with a café and sales counter has grown into the Fenkart Chocolate World, spread across three floors and 300 m².
During the self-guided and interactive tour, visitors experience the creation of Fenkart chocolate up close – from roasting, breaking, peeling and conching the cocoa beans to producing a wide range of chocolate varieties and sweet specialities. This unique insight is made possible by the new, fully glazed production rooms.
Information panels provide fascinating background knowledge about chocolate, while interactive stations invite guests to get hands-on: taste different chocolates and ingredients, discover aromas, and explore the sensory world of cocoa. Those who wish can even get creative and make their own chocolate bar.
After the tour, the Fenkart Shop awaits – offering everything a chocolate lover’s heart could desire.
