The internationally renowned chamber orchestra called "Arpeggione" has been based in the palace of Hohenems for already 30 years. World-famous soloists and conductors, such as Kirill Petrenko guarantee the highest level of artistic enjoyment. The orchestra founder and artistic director Professor Irakli Gogibedashvili and the chief conductor Robert Bokor were able to develop the unique "Arpeggione sound" with the orchestra members, which is noticeable at every concert. The six annual concerts, organized by the Association of friends of the Chamber Orchestra Arpeggione Hohenems with president Stephanie Waldburg Zeil, vice president Josef Kloiber such as the board of directors attract visitors far beyond the Lake of Constance region to Hohenems. In addition to that, a concert with young, up-and-coming artists is presented once a year. The Highlight of the year is the summer concert at the beginning of July, which is performed in fine weather with a special program under the open sky in the spacious palace courtyard.
